Cheerful, unshakeable, unpredictable and seemingly simple, Josef Švejk is one of Europe’s most beloved comic characters. As he moves through a world of military orders, officialdom and absurd authority, Švejk survives (and quietly subverts) a world gone mad around him.
Part comedy, part satire and full of theatrical bite, this 90-minute performance brings a classic of European literature to life in the heart of Sydney CBD.
