Day Delegate Packages

Day delegate packages are designed for an all-inclusive meeting or conference with room hire, equipment and catering. If you are planning a function for a shorter duration, only require room hire or are seeking a catered event please download our meetings packages for prices for function room hire and menus. We are also delighted to create something specifically to meet your needs and dietary requirements.

Important information for your next stay


The NSW Masonic Club (“The Club”) which incorporates the Castlereagh Boutique Hotel, has a duty of care to ensure the health and safety of its Members, Guests and employees, officers, contractors and volunteers. The Club recently implemented a Mandatory Vaccination Policy for the protection of all attendees to the Club, their families and our community, while ensuring that the Club can continue to serve its principal purpose.
As such, the following requirements, to permit entry into the building, will be in effect until 28 February 2022 unless determined otherwise by the Club.

• Proof of vaccination against Covid-19 or a Contraindication Certificate (exemption).
• Masks to be worn in all Club & Hotel public areas, unless eating or drinking.
• All staff in customer-facing roles will be required to wear a mask.
• Temperature taken on entry.
• Registration on the NSW Government-approved ‘Track & Trace’ method.
