Whether it’s a special occasion or just a lovely way to spend a Friday in the worlds most splendid city, join us on Fridays from 11am – 3pm each week for our exquisite high tea in style in the beautiful, heritage listed Cellos Grand Dining Room at the Castlereagh Boutique Hotel.
Act One : Tea Selection
Supreme Earl Grey Tea ~ exotic mix of bergamot oil, marigold flowers and citrus twists
Honey Dew Green Tea ~ luscious burst of honeydew and the dazzling zest of ripe juicy apricots
Royal Ceylon Breakfast ~ full bodied, barrel chest depth of oak, pure Ceylon
Chamomile Blossoms ~ combination of lavender and rose, delicate and sweet floral tones
Fruits of Eden ~ fusion of hibiscus flowers, rose hip and hawthorn berry, notes of natural cherry
Act Two : Finger Sandwiches

Smoked salmon with cream cheese & capers

Act Three : Chef’s Savouries
Ginger cornet avocado mousse & spiced peas with prosciutto mousse (v/gf)

Duck croquette with orange sauce
Sesame black buns tataki salmon (df)
Act Four : Sweet Treats
Chocolate ganache tart with berry & white chocolate tuile
