The Castlereagh Boutique Hotel provides our products and services to you subject to the following terms and conditions. Please read the conditions carefully. If you book a reservation through The Castlereagh Boutique Hotel website, you accept these terms and conditions.
Terms of Service
Accommodation cost plus credit card surcharge (Visa & MasterCard 1.1%, American Express 2.3%) will be charged. The total sales value of your reservation when booking online does not include any additional products or services that you request during your stay. These items will be charged when you check out. eg mini bar, restaurant & bar purchases etc. Alternative forms of payment without charge include: EFTPOS, Direct Debit or Cash. Sorry No Cheques or Foreign Currencies.
You may cancel or change your reservation at any time but you will be charged in accordance with the hotel’s Online Cancellation Policy.
You agree to abide by the terms and conditions imposed with respect to any completed reservation order for a hotel stay. You will be completely responsible for all charges, fees, taxes applicable to your stay.
Third Party Payment of Your Reservation

The hotel room reservation process through www.thecastlereagh.com.au is safe and secure. Once you enter your personal and credit card information, your online reservation is processed through a secure computer server. The personal information you enter is encrypted to keep it protected while in transit.
Online Cancellation Policy
Online reservations are charged in full upon making your reservation. Cancellations or changes to the room(s) booked must be made at least 48 hours prior to the check-in date or amount charged will not be refunded.
Special Events such as New Years Eve and Block Out periods may have additional penalties. Please contact the hotel for further information.
The management reserves the right to impose a late cancellation fee on all accommodation bookings at their discretion and may change this policy at any time. All approved and appropriate refunds will be made without delay.
No Show (Non-use of reservation)
If you do not check in without notifying The Castlereagh Boutique Hotel, it will be considered a no show case. The whole period of your booking will be charged to the credit card you provided upon making your reservation and is non-refundable. The reason for this is that, as far as the hotel is concerned, the room is booked and we cannot let anyone else occupy it in case you arrive. Thus the room is held, un-occupied, until we are notified otherwise.
Changes to Your Reservation
Be sure to make your reservation for the full duration of your stay. If you do need to extend or shorten your booking, this can be done by emailing or phoning the hotel. Reservations changed more than 48 hours prior to your original date of arrival with no incur any penalty. Changes made less than 48 hours prior to arrival may be subject to a penalty fee.
Photo identification must be presented upon check-in.
