jewel was opened in 1927 and is now one of the last
grand dining
rooms in Sydney. Modern cuisine complimented by traditional
silver service make dining in Cello’s a truly unique
experience.
Cello’s
caters to any dining occasion, whether it be a business
luncheon, casual dinner or romantic
interlude there is a style of menu and service to suit.
Cello’s is open 7 - 9am, seven
days, for continental buffet breakfast and for lunch
and dinner on week days.
Steinway Grand Piano recitals are held during Friday
Luncheon.

Duck breast fillet grilled – on herbed risotto, field mushrooms,
